Effective Date: July 16, 2026
Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use Adrina AI. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Adrina AI LLC ("Adrina," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Adrina AI mobile applications, websites, social-media services, support channels, and related products and services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, household, or another person, you represent that you have authority to do so and remain responsible for your use.
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
3. The Adrina Service
Adrina is an assistive organization tool for capturing, reviewing, organizing, searching, discussing, and carefully sharing personal and family paperwork. Features may include document processing, summaries, extracted details, tasks, reminders, folders, source-grounded chat, Trust Circle sharing, support, and AI-assisted social-media responses.
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide notice when reasonably appropriate, but the Service may change as we improve it, respond to security issues, or comply with legal and platform requirements.
4. AI and Professional-Advice Limitations
Adrina uses artificial intelligence. AI extraction, summaries, answers, classifications, suggested tasks, and drafted responses can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You must verify important information against original documents and authoritative sources.
Adrina does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, insurance, immigration, employment, government, or other professional advice. The Service is not a substitute for a qualified professional, emergency service, or official government source. Do not rely on Adrina to make high-stakes decisions or meet a filing, payment, renewal, court, medical, or other deadline without independent verification.
5. Your Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of documents, messages, comments, and other content you submit or make available to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant Adrina a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create technical or AI-generated outputs from Your Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, or share Your Content. Do not upload content that unlawfully infringes another person's privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights.
Sharing is controlled by the features you use. If you share a document or folder, you are responsible for selecting the correct recipient and access level. Removing access does not erase copies another person lawfully obtained while access was available.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use automated means to scrape or extract data except through an interface we expressly authorize
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation or authority
- Submit content that you do not have the right to process or share
- Use the Service to make eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, legal, medical, or similarly high-impact decisions about another person without appropriate human review and legal authority
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive non-public source code except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Use the Service or its outputs to infringe rights, facilitate spam, harassment, surveillance, or platform-policy violations
We may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, Adrina, service providers, platforms, or the public.
7. Social-Media Interactions
When you message, mention, or comment on an Adrina AI account or Page on Facebook or Instagram, Adrina may receive that interaction through Meta's APIs. We may use automated tools to classify the interaction and draft a response, with human review or safety controls depending on the operating mode.
A response from Adrina on social media is general product or support information, not professional advice. Your use of Facebook or Instagram remains subject to Meta's separate terms and policies.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, included features, billing periods, renewal terms, and trial conditions are shown before purchase. Mobile subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also governed by the applicable store terms.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the store or method used to purchase them. Refunds are handled under applicable law and the policies of the payment provider or app store. Deleting your Adrina account does not necessarily create a refund and may not cancel an Apple-managed subscription.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties for hosting, storage, authentication, artificial intelligence, email, push notifications, payment verification, app distribution, and social-media APIs. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Adrina is not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing the terms that apply to those services.
10. Adrina Intellectual Property
Adrina and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and other materials, excluding Your Content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ADRINA DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE OR AI OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADRINA AI LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADRINA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ADRINA FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR 100 U.S. DOLLARS.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Suspension, Termination, and Deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion at https://www.adrina.ai/account-deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, security risk, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—will survive. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not required by law to be heard elsewhere.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law or when changes are material. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
