Adrina AI account deletion
Delete Your Account and Data
Adrina AI users can delete their account directly in the app or request help by email. Once account deletion is completed, your Adrina profile, app access, documents, and related account content are removed from active use. Deletion is intended to be permanent, subject to limited retention that may be required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, tax, accounting, subscription, or support recordkeeping reasons.
Delete account directly in the app
- Open the Adrina AI app and sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Open Profile and choose Delete account.
- Review the deletion warning and any subscription notice shown in the app.
- Send a 6-digit deletion code to your account email address.
- Enter the code before it expires and confirm deletion.
When the deletion finishes, the app signs you out. You can create a new Adrina account later, but deleted account data will not be restored.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot use the app, or if you prefer to have support handle the request, email support@adrina.ai from the email address on your Adrina AI account. Use the subject "Delete my Adrina AI account" and include the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive document contents in your email.
What deletion covers
Account deletion is designed to remove your Adrina profile, workspace membership, uploaded documents and generated previews, extracted document text, summaries, tasks, reminders, chat history, Trust Circle sharing, app access, push notification tokens, and other account content associated with your Adrina AI account.
Some limited records may be retained where needed to maintain support history, investigate disputes, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, protect account security, honor backup retention, or keep necessary business and subscription records.
Subscriptions
If your subscription was purchased through Google Play, Adrina will try to cancel renewal during account deletion. If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, Apple manages cancellation, so you should cancel renewal from the Apple account that purchased the subscription.
